With a real estate career spanning nearly four decades, Sam has been a licensed agent in Georgia since 1987 and has held his Broker designation for over a decade. Originally from the Dayton, Ohio area, he attended the University of Dayton, where he also played collegiate football—an early reflection of the discipline and commitment that continue to define his professional approach.

For more than 35 years, Sam has proudly called East Cobb home, where his two children were raised and graduated from Pope High School. Deeply rooted in the community, he brings not only longevity but a genuine understanding of the local market and its evolution.

In addition to his work as an agent and broker, Sam is a seasoned real estate investor with over 30 years of experience specializing in single-family homes and land throughout Cobb and Cherokee Counties. His hands-on expertise spans the full investment lifecycle—from identifying opportunities and acquiring properties to overseeing renovations, managing costs, and securing qualified tenants—offering clients a uniquely informed and strategic perspective.

Beyond real estate, Sam has built an accomplished 36-year career in the television, film, and acting industry, contributing both in front of and behind the camera. This creative background enhances his ability to connect, communicate, and present properties with a distinctive edge.

An accomplished endurance athlete, Sam is an Ironman triathlete who has completed more than 100 events nationwide across all distances. Among his proudest achievements is qualifying for and competing in the Ironman World Championship in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii—an extraordinary test of resilience and determination.

His commitment to community is equally notable. Over the years, he has coached football and wrestling within the Pope High School junior programs and remains closely connected to the varsity wrestling team. On fall Friday nights, he can often be found on the field serving as a Georgia High School Association football official.

A longtime classic car enthusiast, Sam is also an active member of the Porsche Club of America.
